Instructions
- Rinse the lentils and remove any debris.
- Add all ingredients to the crockpot.
- Stir everything together.
- Cook:
- Low for 7–8 hours, or
- High for 4–5 hours
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
If you like a thicker soup, mash some of the lentils with a spoon before serving.
