Hearty Crockpot Beans, Sausage & Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz.) smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (15 oz. each) pinto beans, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Place the potatoes and onions in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the sliced sausage, beans, and diced tomatoes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth.
  4. Sprinkle the seasonings over everything.
  5. Cover and cook on Low for 7–8 hours or High for 4–5 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir well before serving.
